my motivations are scripted
my desires: well defined
my personality,a given

For the longest time I have been adrift in a sea of givens , Assumptions
I am rarely me
living as a response
a given
an accepted answer
nothing new here
move along ,move along.

How often do you sacrifice the divine, just to be accepted
how often have I denied what calls to me just to be accepted
accepted by equally lost souls

how often have I sacrificed "me " to be "US"
or sacrificed "us" to be "ME"
whence the distinction

but Now I Know

we are who we are because we are who we are
where you are is who you are
and everything you see is you
