I am this moment

you focus on what you don't have and hence create this in continuous cycles . you focus on what you don't have and hence recreate this state in continuous cycles. you focus on what you don't have and hence recreate this state in continuous cycles. you focus on what you don't  have and hence recreate this state in continuous cycles.

you focus on what you lack and manifest the state of lack
you emotionally paint the picture of your worry and despair into the reality you live
the arena of your focus manifests
your emotional response and mental focus manifest
reality is the tapestry of your focus

intention is what you spend time dwelling on
what is created is what you keep mulling or imagining or worrying or thinking of
If  you think about lack you create lack
if you think of needing you create a scene that reflects need
if you think fearfully
fearful conditions are manifested

think happily and blissful circumstance is created
think on blessings and blessings are created
think on satisfactions and satisfactions multiply

You dwell in what you dwell on
Every moment represents you .
change you to change the moment and its representative manifestation

we walk in the grottoes and dungeons of subconscious dreams, fears and despair.
we walk the corridors of our beliefs and paint in the colors of our passions and emotions
The prison is built by need , belief , worry  and separation

The world around is troublesome and its fear and death matrix are beamed relentlessly
we suckle on Mother Carnages' teat even in our sleep
we accept the bad as inevitable and as bedrock fabric
as a given
as immutable fact
and we perish for lack of knowledge
we believe it normal to suffer & perceive joy as a rare and random event
a chancy and undependable thing
we are trained to believe in death and to seek annihilation
Of all but our own false selves

i pray for forgiveness for the unwitting part I have played in the crucifixion of the Christ
i pray for forgiveness for the blood and from the blood
for the tears i have shed
and the blasphemies i have become
and pray most fervently that what is most dark
made sick  and twisted  in my soul
will accept this forgiveness as it comes
and release my caged light

I pray to atone for this with a resurrection
an ascension
and a penance of unceasing blessing and joy and laughter
a devotion of great humour
and endless  good cheer
a fast in which I will deny myself sorrow
and decline to hold my head low
I will feast on the days of grieving
and celebrate my passing  from these realms
for when the veil of travail is lifted
I will have danced my way back home
