Hell. It exists for everyone, Just not the sadistic flame and torture one  (though that exists too for the believer!) But for all a hell exists . Which  is simply the polarity of the principle one has transgressed . The placement of one in a circumstance that one has feared .In the place one has performed an outrage against .

One gets out of an event/experience when one transcends the system under which the circumstance exist Or Comprehends the System underlying the situation .If the system is nullified then one is free of both system and circumstance . It has no more bearing on ones self. No effect . One is free.
Or one can within the system attain comprehension that allows one to change the balance and experience the opposite polarization of the event .

..the process (..of comprehension.) is represented by symbolic/ metaphorical representations of difficulties as are acceptable within the system . For example , Distance Time Space Energy and Or Aesthetics and Pain etc, etc.

Transcendence evades the system entirely , avoids the reward systems symptomatic of the "system" itself. One merely is where THAT is seen as it truly IS . 'All at once' and 'Now'

I am where I Am. But what system am I participating in ? what are its reward systems /its obstacles . see its polarities,  Comprehend & Choose ; Attain or transcend . Play ? or be ?

In comprehension within the system I can consciously attain the heights of the rewards Within the system on its scale of polarity...
But in transcending My relationship to the system is beyond and above , my movements are Mine alone and placement within the system would be "miraculous/magickal. No restrictions , no bondage .

..In totality, All lies within the realm of comprehension . Intimate and complete comprehension eliminates "process"

We have been bred to seek our rewards within the system.... But this conditioning Is easily broken . If one Chooses to . the difficulty lies in the addiction .
